Return and Refund Policy

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we do issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Cancellation Policy 

Annual Subscriptions:

Annual Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. 

After you cancel your subscription, you'll get a refund for your unshipped issues.

In order to change or cancel your subscription, please contact subscribe@indianrivermedia.com or call 772.466.3346. 

Please be sure to have the following information on hand when you speak to the Customer Care Representative:

    The name and address on the magazine subscription.

 One of the following:

        The name(s) of the magazine(s) you would like to cancel

        The approximate order date.

Additionally, if you are requesting a refund: 

    The approximate charge amount(s).

Magazines received as part of your subscription or as single magazine purchases cannot be returned.  

Single issues:

Single issues are final sale, and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping & Delivery:

At this time, IndianRiverStore.com ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does IndianRiverStore.com ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. Please Allow 7-10 business days for delivery on single issues.

Sales Tax:

IndianRiverStore.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate.
